1 Corinthians 4:5 says when the Lord comes He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and make manifest the counsels (purposes) of the heart (the center of all physical and spiritual life, the will, character, seat of all thoughts, passions, desires, appetites, affections, purposes, endeavors.)

Let’s not wait for that day! But instead, in this age, let’s purpose to sit in His presence, stand in His counsel, and allow His Word to wash us clean.

Asking Him to bring to light any hidden thing of darkness in us, and to expose all the counsels of our heart so we can know Him and be fully known by Him!

May we desire for all parts of our will to be surrendered and all parts of our character redeemed.

His presence will do it when we allow it.
