I love this Hebrew word I discovered today (H377 אִישׁ)

It is:

🔹found in Isaiah 46:8

🔹translated “show yourselves men.”

🔹 pronounced “eesh”

🔹means: to be a man, show masculinity, champion, great man.

“Eesh” is something I will say to my boys from now on to call them up to their masculinity.

I often tell them “a man of understanding holds his peace, take heed to your spirit,” and now I will finish it with “EESH!”
